No Longer an Earthquake Virgin

I knew it had to happen eventually.  I was working away at my kitchen table, when all of the sudden I heard a medium rumbling that sounded like my garbage cans rolling out to the curb on a Thursday night.  Then, the floor became a sort of hammock — gently swaying side-to-side.  I stood in my front doorway and waved to my neighbors: "My first Earthquake!" I called.  "Congratulations!" they yelled back.

Initial reports indicate it was a 5.8 on the Richter scale and centered in Chino Hills.

Now, I kind of feel like Henry Hill after his first court appearance in Goodfellas.  Mark off yet another milestone on my journey to real Angelenohood…   Fast forward to 5:00 min. mark in video clip…
